By accessing our services, enrolling in a course, or booking a flight, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
Participants must meet minimum age and health requirements. For flight training, medical clearance may be requested.
3. Booking & Payments
- All bookings must be confirmed with full or partial payment in advance.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, or in-person payment.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity for a refund.
- Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
- If the flight is canceled by Gyrocopter Morocco due to weather or safety concerns, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
5. Safety Regulations
All students and passengers must follow safety instructions provided by instructors or staff. Failure to comply may result in removal from the program or cancellation of the activity.
6. Liability
Gyrocopter Morocco is not responsible for personal injuries, lost items, or damage caused by non-compliance with safety guidelines. All participants engage in flight activities at their own risk.
7. Insurance
Basic liability insurance is included. Additional personal insurance is recommended for training programs and recreational flights.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, logo, documents) is the property of Gyrocopter Morocco and may not be used without prior written permission.
9. Privacy Policy
Personal data collected during registration or booking is protected and handled according to our Privacy Policy.
10. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of Casablanca.
